Zoom Passcode, Waiting Room Change Canceled

Zoom has cancelled the change scheduled for Sunday, Sept. 27, to require all meetings to have a passcode or waiting room applied.

Information Technology Services (ITS) still recommends using passcodes for all meetings to protect your meeting from unwanted users.

ITS will continue to review SLU’s security settings for Zoom, and it is likely passcodes will be required for Zoom meetings starting in the spring semester.
