ITS Installing Application Patches to All SLU-Managed Workstations

Information Technology Service will be deploying third-party application patches to all SLU-managed workstations beginning Tuesday, April 27, starting at 11 a.m.

The patches will install automatically without any intervention or pop-up notifications to users. In the event that the installation requires closing of specific applications, such as Word needing to be closed, in that case users will be prompted to close the application before proceeding.

Once patches are installed, users are asked check operating functionality on machines. If patches fail to install, or for any other queries, contact the Service Desk at 314-977-4000 or via ask.slu.edu.
