DineSLU Showcasing Two Concepts This Semester

DineSLU is showcasing two concepts this semester.  M&C will be located in the Marketplace in the Busch Student Center and Swirl at Fusz Hall.

M&C introduces new twists to the traditional macaroni and cheese dish. M&C offers combos like Four Cheese Bacon, Roasted Veggie, Shrimp and Leek and Tex Mex Chili. Diners can opt for one of the menu choices or mix-and-match fresh ingredient.

Swirl brings smoothies served in a bowl.  Healthy and ingredients are blended together, then dressed up with toppings like coconut, chia, granola, sunflower seeds,fresh fruits and more. These smoothies are meant to be eaten with a spoon.

In addition to its spotlight items, DineSLU offers other places to eat including Grand Dining, Reinert, Starbucks, Einstein Bros, Ameren Cafe’, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh, Qdoba, Simply to go, Subway, Mein Bowl, Seasons and Billiken Grill.

Panera is not open at this time, but DineSLU said it is hopeful Panera will reopen by mid-September.

Foy Joins Team
