Telephone Maintenance Slated for January 8-9

ITS will perform telephone maintenance beginning at 6 p.m. Friday, Jan. 8, through 11 p.m. Saturday Jan. 9.

This maintenance will impact only Mitel (Shortel) telephones and voice mail. There will be intermittent outages during that time on both the north and south campuses. There is no impact to Avaya (Nortel) phones or Avaya voice mail.
