09/07/2021

The Learning Communities program is seeking speakers for the LC Ed Talks set for Tuesday, Oct. 5, at 6:30 p.m.

LC Ed Talks allow students living in a Learning Community to have the opportunity to hear faculty and staff from various areas of the University speak “Ted Talk style” on a topic of interest or a passion area.

The Ed Talks program helps students explore a larger concept from multiple viewpoints academically. The theme for this semester's Ed Talks is "Fostering Wellness in Mind, Body, and Spirit."

For the Oct. 5 event, two to four presenters are need to speak about a topic connecting to wellness for about 10 to 15 minutes. Anyone interested in being considered to speak, should fill out the Google form by Friday, Sept. 17.
