The mass is an opportunity for the University community to give thanks to God for
gifts and opportunities bestowed upon the graduates, the growth and success they have
achieved, and to pray for their continued protection as they are sent out for the
greater glory of God and the service of humanity.
Fr. David Suwalsky, Ph.D., S.J., Vice President for Mission and Identity, presided
over the Mass. Fr. Matthew Baugh, S.J., Director of the Catholic Studies Center, delivered
the homily.
