SLU Students Take Part in Study, Wellness Day

There were no classes on Tuesday, May 10, for Saint Louis University students ahead of finals. The day was designed as a study and mental health wellbeing day and featured a variety of activities and events for students.

Students were able to stop by Pius XII Memorial Library for some quiet studying before finals. Exams began Wednesday, May 11, and run through Tuesday, May 17.

In addition to taking a break to study, students had the chance to take part in well-being activities throughout the day. Activities included a visit from dogs on campus, yoga, and games on the quad and Zumba.

Students also lined up to get free ice cream from Clementine's Creamery. The ice cream was provided by Drs. Fred and Fran Pestello who were traveling to the SLU-Madrid campus to take part in commencement exercises.
