SLU Dining and Campus Bookstore Implementing Loop Customer Feedback System
Student Development has implemented a feedback program that will allow the SLU community to share their thoughts about campus dining, bookstore, and retail on campus. This will help improve offerings and solicit new ideas.
Members of the University community should look for the kiosk terminals and QR codes around dining, bookstore, and convenience store locations. The kiosks will be provide real-time feedback about things that are working and things that need to be improved.
This new system will also allow SLU Dining and the campus bookstore to close the loop on feedback by responding to students, faculty, and staff about issues that may be happening around campus.
