Social Justice and Advocacy Training Deadline Approaching

Applications close for the Social Justice and Advocacy Training on Friday, Jan. 27.

This four-session training is sponsored by the Center for Social Action and Cross Cultural Center for Global Citizenship. The sessions cover Social Change Concepts and Toolkits in a hybrid setting with recorded webinars and live speakers doing active social change work, including Director and General Counsel of the Missouri Voter Protection Coalition and Alicia Hernandez, community organizer from Jobs with Justice. 

After speakers, sessions are followed up with action planning with facilitators. 

Session dates are on Fridays. The sessions will be Feb. 3, Feb. 17, March 3, and April 14. All sessions run from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.
