Center for Social Action Will Celebrate Constitution Day and National Voter Registration Day

09/15/2023

The Center for Social Action will celebrate Constitution Day and National Voter Registration Day on Monday, Sept. 18, and Tuesday, Sept.  19.

There will be a table in front of the Center for Global Citizenship from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Campus community is welcome to stop by and learn about the U.S. Constitution, get involved with SLU’s voter engagement efforts, register to vote, and hear about plans for the 2024 elections.

Most states, including Missouri and Illinois, have online voter registration. Nonpartisan websites like Vote 411 will help individuals register to vote, check their registration status, locate a polling place, or request an absentee ballot for upcoming elections.

Students who live on campus may register using their SLU address (20 N. Grand Blvd., MSC#, St. Louis, MO 63103).

For more information about SLU’s voter engagement activities, contact Leah Sweetman in the Center for Social Action.
