Volunteers Needed for New Student Move-in and Fall Welcome

On Friday, Aug. 15, Saint Louis University will welcome new students and families to campus. New students will arrive on campus as early as 8 a.m., with the final move-in block ending at 5:30 p.m.

There are many ways to support new student move-in by volunteering to assist with check-in, serving as elevator attendants, directing traffic in Laclede Garage, or driving golf cart shuttles.  

There are multiple opportunities to volunteer to greet our newest Billiken families on Friday, Aug. 15, by serving as a host in the Hospitality Headquarters or at the New Family Social at Expat BBQ later that evening. 

Finally, the University's Fall Welcome program is also seeking volunteers to assist with many events starting with Convocation on Saturday, Aug. 16, and concluding with a Fall Welcome favorite Paint SLU on Friday, Aug. 22.
