ITS Shares Knowledge Base Article About Okta Verify

With the holiday season in full swing, ITS would like to take a moment to share a Knowledge Base article detailing how to move Okta Verify multi-factor authenticator accounts from old phones.  

If users currently use Okta Verify when they sign into their SLU accounts and they receive a new phone during winter break, the Knowledge Base article will assist in smoothly transferring an Okta Verify account from an old phone to a new one. Users should ensure that they retain their old phone until they have successfully completed this process.
   
The IT Service Desk will be closing at 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 23, and will reopen at 7 a.m. on Monday, Jan.5.
