Participants Needed for International Student-Athletes Mental Health and Well-Being Study

Tassos Kaburakis, Ph.D., from the Chaifetz School of Business, and Dimitra Tziarli, from the School of Social Work, are actively recruiting International Student-Athletes (ISAs) to participate in their ongoing study related to mental health and overall well-being.
This study aims to:
- Identify issues, barriers, and specific experiences regarding ISAs mental health and well-being during their collegiate career.
- Investigate how demographic factors and levels of intercollegiate athletics competition impact ISAs experience and mental health issues.
- Identify coping mechanisms, best practices, and support systems for ISAs relating to mental health and their overall experience in intercollegiate sports and higher education in the US.
