Free Summer Strength Training Class Offered at Simon Rec for Faculty and Staff

Faculty and staff can take part in two strength training classes offered at the Simon Recreation Center this summer.

The free classes will be at noon on Wednesdays from June 11 to July 30. All classes will be in the multipurpose room. 

The strength classes will work the upper and lower body. Participants will participate in non-stop strength building exercises that will
increase muscular endurance while using a variety of equipment.

All levels are welcome, no experience is required.

Non-Simon Rec Members will need to check in at front desk to sign a waiver.
