Banner Maintenance Outage Scheduled for May 31

SLU’s Banner Self-Service and Internet Native Banner (INB) systems will both be unavailable for everyone from 10 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, until 8 a.m. on Sunday, June 1.
ITS will be performing maintenance on these systems during this time.
During the outage, students will not have access to either Banner Self-Service or
TouchNet (for bill payment). Additionally, students for whom registration is open
will be unable to drop, add, or withdraw from courses.
Beyond not having direct access to both Banner Self-Service and INB, during the outage
faculty and staff will also not have access to updated, Banner-based data (including
course rosters, student registration data, academic advising tools, etc.) in Canvas,
Degree Works, Tableau, Cognos or other systems that use Banner data.
ITS will provide an update via email as soon as the systems are available on Sunday.
ITS will also update the University community by noon on Saturday if we need to extend
