Laclede Garage Work Planned This Summer

Facilities Services will be making repairs in Laclede Garage this summer.

The work will be done on all three floors, with the majority of the work on floors two and three. Work is planned to start on Tuesday, May 27. Crews will begin blocking the areas for Phase 1 on Monday, May 19.

The work will not be done all at once but instead will be done in sequenced phases, with the majority of the work occurring in June. 

The project is expected to be completed before move-in for the 2025/2026 fall semester.

First Floor Closures

The yellow areas will be closed from Monday, May 19, 2025 to Sunday, July 6, 2025. The blue area will be closed from Monday, July 7, to Friday, Aug. 1. Any vehicles parked in the closed areas that are planning on remaining on campus all summer should move to the red marked areas (in the middle of the first floor)..

Third Floor Closures

The entire third floor will be closed Tuesday, May 27, 2025, to Thursday, June 12, 2025.  The yellow zone, at the bottom, will be closed Monday, June 16, 2025, until Sunday, July 6, 2025. Blue areas, at the top, will be closed from Monday, July 7, 2025, until Friday, Aug. 1, 2025.
