Deadline for eIRB Protocol Migrations into ARCH-IRB Is December 15
All active human subjects research protocols in the legacy eIRB system must be submitted for migration to ARCH-IRB by Monday, Dec. 15, 2025.
After that, any unmigrated protocols will be administratively closed and must be submitted as new studies in ARCH-IRB before any additional human subjects research activities can proceed.
To complete the migration process or for help navigating or submitting in ARCH-IRB, reference the “eIRB Migration Instructions” and mapping tools in the ARCH-IRB Library.
Migration support, user guides, and training materials are available in the ARCH-IRB Help Center and SharePoint Site. Drop-in help sessions are held every Friday at 10 a.m. on Zoom.
All study teams are responsible for downloading and storing essential study documents locally before eIRB is decommissioned, in accordance with SLU's Record Retention Policy.
