Marathon to Impact Parking, Traffic Around SLU
The Greater St. Louis Marathon will be held on Saturday, April 11, and will affect traffic and parking for the SLU community.
The Laclede Garage and Loyola parking lot will be inaccessible from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. During this time, the eastbound lane of Laclede Avenue from Compton Avenue to Vandeventer Avenue will also be closed. Traffic will be metered at Grand Boulevard to still allow cars to pass when there are no runners.
The westbound lane will remain open, so all parking lots north of Laclede will remain accessible.
