2026–2027 Caregiver Series Kicks Off September 14

The Saint Louis University Family Center for Healthy Aging, in partnership with the University of Louisville Trager Institute and Republic Bank Foundation Optimal Aging Clinic, invites caregivers, professionals and members of the healthy aging community to participate in the 2026–2027 Caregiver Series.

This free, virtual educational series brings together experts from Saint Louis University and the University of Louisville to share practical information, resources and strategies designed to support caregivers and promote healthy aging.

Topics throughout the year will address important areas of caregiving and older adult health, including effective communication during hospital discharge, dementia, depression and delirium, community health workers and care navigation, caregiver loss and bereavement, brain health and diabetes, mindfulness, gratitude and purpose, and more.

The series begins Monday, Sept.14, 2026, and continues monthly through May 10, 2027. All sessions will be from noon to 1 p.m. on Zoom.

The Caregiver Series offers an opportunity to learn, connect and gain valuable tools to better support older adults and those who care for them.
