Leading With Dignity Fireside Chat Is September 11

The Emerson Leadership Institute at Saint Louis University will host "Leading With Dignity: Building Great Organizations and a Stronger St. Louis Community" on Friday, Sept. 11.

The event will be from 10:30 a.m. to noon in the Sinquefield State Room, DuBourg Hall 409. 

The fireside chat will bring together prominent leaders from across the St. Louis region to explore how dignity-based leadership can shape organizational culture, decision-making, human flourishing and organizational success.

The discussion will be moderated by Jintong Tang, Ph.D., director of the Emerson Leadership Institute.

The program will also mark the soft launch of Dignity Leadership STL, a new regional consortium convened by the Emerson Leadership Institute. The initiative will bring together organizations, institutions, community leaders and individuals from across the St. Louis region to explore how dignity-based leadership can become an increasingly distinctive strength for the region to attract and retain talent.

Faculty, staff, students, alumni and members of the broader St. Louis community are invited to attend.
