SLU and STL-ODN Present Organization Agility in an AI World
Saint Louis University and the St. Louis Organization Development Network (STL-ODN) invite students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to attend "What Can OD Become? Organization Agility in an AI World" featuring internationally recognized organization development scholar Christopher Worley, Ph.D.
The event will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 28, in the Center for Global Citizenship.
In this special session, Worley will examine why organizational agility is increasingly essential in an AI-enabled world. Participants will explore the opportunities and challenges organizations face when pursuing agility, why leadership teams often struggle with agility initiatives, and how organization development professionals can help guide successful transformation efforts.
Attendees will gain insights into the competencies needed for the future of organization development, as well as practical ideas for helping organizations adapt and thrive in rapidly changing environments.
The event will be of interest to students, faculty, staff, and professionals interested in leadership, organizational change, human resources, learning and development, consulting, and the impact of artificial intelligence on organizations.
This event is hosted through a collaboration between STL-ODN and Saint Louis University, including the MA in Leadership and Organizational Development program and the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Ph.D. program.
