Student Parking Permit Refund Deadline Is September 8
The deadline for students to request a parking permit cancellation or change is typically the end of the second week of the semester. To provide additional time for students affected by parking portal and billing issues at the start of the semester, the deadline has been extended to Tuesday, Sept. 8.
Students who would like to cancel their current permit or switch to a different permit should email parking@slu.edu by Tuesday, Sept. 8. Requests should include the student's Banner ID number, a request to refund the current permit, and, if applicable, the permit they would like to purchase instead.
Permit cancellation and change requests submitted by Tuesday, Sept. 8 will be processed within the extended refund period. Questions may be directed to parking@slu.edu.
