“A Taste of Persia for Heart Health Month” will be at noon on Monday, Feb. 16, in the Allied Health-Multipurpose Room. “Eating and Fueling Well in the Winter” will be at noon on Tuesday, Feb. 17, at Simon Recreation Center-Lower Level near Juice Bar.
At "A Taste of Persia," attendees will learn how to prepare a refreshing Persian-style salad packed with fresh herbs, vegetables, and healthy fats—simple ingredients that support heart health without sacrificing flavor. The event will feature a live cooking demonstration, nutrition tips and tasting.

"Eating and Fueling Well" will feature a no-fuss cooking demo designed to support energy, warmth, and balanced nutrition. This demo is all about eating to feel good and features simple, affordable ingredients, minimal prep and cleanup and balanced fuel to keep people energized all season. The meal is asy to recreate for busy weeknights.
