The season of Lent is a time of reflection. As Saint Louis University marks the beginning of the Lenten season, there are multiple ways for Billikens to journey through the season.

Soulful Stitches

Faculty, staff, and students are invited to join Campus Ministry to knit or crochet a blanket for someone who might need one during Lent. The group will meet on Tuesdays from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Campus Ministry in Wuller Hall beginning Tuesday, Feb. 24.

Outdoor Stations of the Cross 

Campus Ministry and Catholic Studies will pray the outdoor Stations of the Cross this Lent.

The SLU community is invited to meet outside Wuller Hall to walk and pray together for peace and justice at 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 27, and noon on Monday, March 30. The SLU community is invited to pray with the Stations at any time during Lent, but these gatherings are designed to encourage community and fellowship.

Jesuit Alumni Mass

Saint Louis University and the Central and Southern Province of the Society of Jesus will host a special Mass at 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 1, at Saint Francis Xavier College Church for alumni of Jesuit Schools.  

Fr. Michael Mohr, S.J., a member of the provincial staff and an alumnus of Saint Louis University will be the Mass celebrant. A light reception will follow the Mass.
