Archbishop Fulton Sheen Beatification Mass Is September 24
Campus Ministry has free tickets for the Beatification Mass of Archbishop Fulton Sheen at the Dome in downtown St. Louis, taking place on Thursday, Sept. 24.
Archbishop Sheen, born in 1895 in El Paso, Illinois, worked tirelessly for the missionary activity of the Church. He had both a radio broadcast and a TV show called "Life is Worth Living" that had 30 million weekly viewers.
The beatification Mass is at 2 p.m. There are also opportunities for reconciliation, adoration and a Catholic Expo starting at 10 a.m., in addition to a concert by Matt Maher.
