SLU Staffers Encouraged to Post a Cannonball Tribute
Past Cannonball Conferences have featured the stories shouting out members of the SLU community.
This year, organizers are capturing and sharing even more of those moments through a new website where staff can post short videos expressing gratitude, celebrating colleagues, and highlighting the many ways the community supports students and one another.
Adding a video is simple — members of the SLU community can record directly on the site or upload a video that has already been created and is on a computer, phone, or tablet.
Some videos may be featured during the conference, and all submitted videos will be available on the tribute website for the SLU community to enjoy.
Registration is now open for the 2026 Cannonball Conference. The event is set for Thursday, October 22, in the Busch Student Center and will bring SLU staff together for a morning of reflection, connection, recognition and inspiration.
The registration deadline is Wednesday, Oct. 14.
