Fall 2026 Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Facilitator Training Scheduled
The Saint Louis University Family Center for Healthy Aging invites professionals, providers, and community members to participate in the Fall 2026 Cognitive Stimulation Therapy Facilitator Training. The virtual training will be from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18.
Cognitive Stimulation Therapy (CST) is a structured, group-based approach designed for older adults experiencing memory loss. This interactive, full-day virtual training will provide participants with the practical skills, tools, and tips needed to confidently facilitate CST groups within their own organizations and communities.
Throughout the training, participants will learn how to successfully lead engaging CST sessions and gain knowledge they can take back to their respective sites. Whether people work directly with older adults, provide community-based services, or are looking to strengthen the resources available within an organization, this training is an opportunity to add another valuable tool to a professional's toolkit.
