Annual Conflicts of Interest Disclosure Forms
The University Office of Compliance and Ethics is launching the annual Conflicts of Interest disclosure campaign beginning Wednesday, Sept. 23. All active researchers, institutional officials, and SLU clinicians will be sent an email from REDCap with a link to the disclosure form.
The disclosure should take about15-25 minutes to complete and, for researchers only, includes an 11-minute training video.
Please complete the disclosure form on or before Monday, Nov. 30.
