Dignity-Based Leadership Academy Expands to All SLU Students

The Emerson Leadership Institute (ELI) is bringing back the Dignity-Based Leadership Academy for its second year. Offered once each semester, the academy is now expanding participation to students across Saint Louis University.

Offered in partnership with the Hub for Community Engagement and Barry-Wehmiller, the academy will take place Friday, Oct. 2, through Saturday, Oct. 3, at the Richard A. Chaifetz School of Business. Students from all schools and disciplines are invited to explore how leadership grounded in human dignity can strengthen organizations, classrooms, and communities.

Through interactive sessions and guided discussion, participants will examine practical applications of dignity-based leadership and its impact on teamwork, decision-making, and organizational culture.
