Emerson Leadership Institute Launches Dignity-Based Leadership Development Program

The Emerson Leadership Institute (ELI) is launching DISTL@SLU, a yearlong, cohort-based Dignity-Based Leadership Development Program designed to help participants strengthen the mindsets and practices needed to build organizations characterized by dignity, belonging, trust, accountability, collaboration and human flourishing.

DISTL@SLU is the SLU expression of DISTL, Dignity-Based Leadership Initiative for St. Louis, a regional effort focused on strengthening dignity-based leadership across the St. Louis business community. Rooted in SLU’s Catholic, Jesuit tradition of caring for the whole person, the program combines scholarly rigor with practical wisdom to provide relevant and actionable leadership development.

The program is open to SLU faculty, staff and graduate students. Participants who complete all six program components will be recognized as: ELI Leadership Fellows.
