Free Student Tickets Available for 'Mary Jane'
The wait is almost over — the SLU Theatre and Dance main stage season begins Thursday, Oct. 1.
Free tickets are available for SLU students beginning one hour before each performance. Discounted tickets are available for faculty and staff at all Metrotix locations, by phone at 314-534-1111, online at metrotix.com, or at the door.
Performances run Oct. 1-4 in the Xavier Hall Main Stage Theatre. Showtimes are Thursday to Saturday at 7 p.m. with a matinee on Sunday at 1 p.m.
Complimentary parking is available in the Queens Daughters Hall lot for each performance.
About the Show
As Mary Jane navigates both the mundane and the unfathomable realities of caring for Alex, her chronically ill young son, she finds herself building a community of women from many walks of life. "Mary Jane" is Pulitzer Prize finalist Amy Herzog’s remarkably powerful and compassionate portrait of a contemporary American woman striving for grace. Directed by Professor Nancy Bell.
Featuring Maiah Lyndsey, Ryan Shinkle, Ava Kasten, Sydney Andrews, and Madelyn Purcell as Mary Jane.
