Workday SMS Notifications Coming Soon
To help employees stay informed and complete important tasks on time, Saint Louis University is introducing Workday SMS notifications.
SLU is implementing this feature because it recognizes not all employees spend their workday at a computer or regularly monitor email. For many employees, a mobile phone is the most accessible and effective way to receive important reminders and take action.
Employees will be automatically enrolled and will receive an enrollment text message. SMS notifications will be used only for Workday-related reminders, such as benefits open enrollment and employee action items, and will supplement existing email communications.
Employees can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Workday text message. Messages will be sent from (314) 788-2859 and are legitimate University communications.
