Service Projects
Staff Advisory Committee Members will collaborate with students for the Billiken Bounty Food Pantry - an on-campus food pantry at Saint Louis University run by students for students.
Contact sac@slu.edu and billikenbounty@slu.edu if you want to help coordinate donations, volunteer, or sponsor a donation bin in your campus building.
This is a subcommittee of the SAC Committee for Service. Contact Committee Chair Kat Dortch with questions at kathryn.dortch@slu.edu.
Physical donations can be dropped off in the pantry during open hours. Here are a few ideas of what to donate:

- School supplies (i.e. pencils, pens, notebooks)

Each year, SAC members and guests participate in the Blue Santa Toy Drive, co-sponsored by the Center for Social Action. Blue Santa will make his return to SLU this December. A North campus celebration will take place from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. December 8, 2023, in the BSC 251. The South campus celebration will take place from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., Tuesday, December 12, in the Learning Resource Center lobby. All University departments and students are invited to take part in this year’s Toy Drive by donating gifts or virtually giving.
