A personalized Saint Louis University license plate is a simple way to show off your
school spirit while supporting current Billikens. To obtain your plates (available
in Missouri only) make a contribution to the SLU License Plate Program Scholarship.
A minimum contribution of $25 (one-year registration) or $50 (two-year registration) to the SLU License Plate Program Scholarship is required before the state will issue the personalized plates.
You can also mail your contribution by printing this form and returning it and a check payable to Saint Louis University to:

This requirement is waived for members of the President’s Circle Annual Giving Society and The Billiken Club. To receive the required voucher, members should contact the Office of Alumni Engagement at 314-977-2250 or email SLU's Office of Alumni Engagement.
After your donation is processed, the Office of Alumni Engagement will email or mail you an emblem use authorization statement, the official voucher that entitles you to apply for your collegiate plates.
Apply for Your SLU License Plates
Submit your printed voucher, a vanity plate application and the $15 standard yearly vanity plate fee to the Missouri Department of Revenue. Applications must be mailed to:
