ITS Announces New Scheduling Feature for Office 365

10/26/2017

Information Technology Services has a partnered with YouCanBook.Me (YCBM) as a new appointment scheduling assistance tool for use by students, faculty, and staff.

YCBM is intended to replace back and forth email conversations when trying to schedule office hours, meetings, or appointments including student advising appointments. It provides a centralized interface through which students can reserve an available section of a professor or advisor’s time. The YCBM tool is integrated in SLU’s Office 365 configuration; when a student makes a booking within the tool, the meeting will auto-populate into both calendars.

It is important to note that YCBM is not approved for use with protected health information.

The integration between YCBM and Office 365 is available immediately. Please visit the following Office 365 Tutorials page and the general training how to guide pages.

For questions or problems with getting setup with the Youcanbook.me tool, please contact the ITS Helpdesk at 314-977-4000. Online support documentation is also available at the Youcanbook.me support page.
