Instructor In-Person Consultation

ITS is offering individual in-person consultations for classroom technologies. Are you working in a classroom this semester that you are unfamiliar with? This might be a great option to ensure you fully understand the classroom technology. You can sign up for one of these sessions.

Classroom Technologies and Support

Classroom technologies consist of hardware and software specific to classroom instruction. A brief overview of our classroom hardware such as Crestron displays, cameras and projectors can be found here. A list of software such as -Microsoft Office, Zoom and Panopto included in each classroom.

The SLU ITS technical support team will be spread out over campus the first two weeks of classes to help support urgent needs quickly. Please look for ITS staffers in AskSLU shirts and flag them down. You can also call 314-977-4000. Please let the technician know that you have an urgent classroom issue, and ITS will dispatch someone to your location. Additionally, the phone icon on the Crestron AV panel in the classrooms will directly connect you to the ITS Service Desk.
