Homecoming and Family Weekend Committee Now Accepting Event Requests

Take part in one of Saint Louis University’s favorite traditions. SLU’s 2024 Homecoming and Family Weekend is scheduled for September 27 – 29.
In addition to annual events, including the golf cart parade, tailgate, soccer game, and halftime fireworks show, the weekend will be full of events hosted by colleges, schools, administrative divisions and student organizations.

Examples of past events hosted during Saint Louis University Homecoming and Family Weekend include the Golden Billiken Dinner, Legacy Lunch, celebrations for a milestone year or anniversary, tours of campus buildings and events for parents and family.
Event Submission Process for Faculty and Staff
The Homecoming and Family Weekend planning committee is now accepting requests from those interested in hosting an event. Interest forms must be submitted by March 4. Notifications of event status will be sent by the week of April 8. All proposed events must submit a proposal, even if they have been hosted during Homecoming and Family Weekend in the past. Event submission using this form is restricted to Saint Louis University staff and faculty.

Event Submission Process for Students
Students who want to suggest a Homecoming and Family Weekend event will work with the Division of Student Development. Already have an idea? Submit it using SLUGroups by April 5. Events will be considered and selected by a student committee.
