Fall Welcome 2026 Space Request Process Now Open
The Event Services office will continue with the reservation process introduced in 2024 to equitably distribute space for events during the 2026 Fall Welcome period. Anyone who would like to host an event during this time, must complete a Google form by June 15.
Fall Welcome will run from Aug. 9 to Aug. 27.
The guiding principles to make a decision can be found in the Fall Welcome Space Request Process document to coordinate space and equipment allocation while maximizing the number
of events held on campus. More information can be found on the Fall Welcome Space Request Process webpage.
After the form closes, all submissions will be reviewed and the scheduled will be
