Office of Risk Management and Insurance Launches New Incident Reporting Platform
The Office of Risk Management and Insurance is launching Origami Risk, a new secure platform for reporting incidents.
This system is designed to streamline the submission and management of incidents, providing greater efficiency and improved communication across the University.
With Origami Risk, faculty, staff and students can easily submit incidents through a secure portal. The platform supports reporting for:
- Employee Injury – Workplace Injuries
- Non-Employee Injury – Visitors, guests, contractors
- Vehicle Accident – University or official-use vehicles
- Damage/Theft – Loss of university property
- Medical Adverse Incident – Healthcare-related events
Note that when submitting an incident, users may receive email notifications from Origamirisk.com rather than slu.edu. These emails are legitimate and part of our secure claims management system.
Members of the SLU community can access Origami through the mySLU portal or via the Risk Management and Insurance website.
