Academic Fair

Saint Louis University's annual Academic Fair is an opportunity for students to connect with faculty and staff to learn about and discuss ways to choose and/or enhance their current degree program.

These conversations might include a new major, second majors, minors, study abroad, pre-law, pre-health, competitive fellowships and scholarships, internships, department-sponsored activities, graduate programs and certificates.

Students speak to an academic staff member during a SLU academic fair.

The fall 2025 Academic Fair will be held from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 30, in the Wool Ballroom in Busch Student Center.  Stop by to learn more about the options available to you as a SLU undergraduate.

Read what previous attendees shared about their experience at the fair:

  • “I learned about the different majors and minors that are offered at SLU. I talked with different professors and different students about what the majors and minors are to get a better sense of what I can possibly declare in the future.”
  • “I learned about different academic programs outside the medical field. I learned about majors which I didn’t know existed.”
  • “I learned new things about different avenues of healthcare when I spoke with the college of health sciences tables. I learned about the different avenues of business when I talked to the business table. I also learned that I can hold a conversation even if I feel out of place somewhere. There is also a lot of anthropology classes here and I learned what anthropology even is.”
  • “This fair presented me with the opportunity to explore different schools and fields of study. I was interested in forensics and how they use modern technology to identify criminals. I am particularly interested in a music minor as I took up piano back in June of 2020. I was also introduced to SERV 1000 which is a theology class where you go around the St. Louis community and serve others in the community who are in the greatest need.”
