One-Time Volunteer Opportunities

Saint Louis University’s Center for Social Action promotes many forms of community engagement, from episodic service to more in-depth involvement. This list of one-time volunteer opportunities will help you make a difference based on your schedule and interests.

Who: North Newstead Neighborhood Association
What: Volunteers are needed for our monthly Ville Family Community Garden workday, helping tend and manage our garden to provide fresh produce to residents.
When: 9:30 a.m.-noon, Saturday, May 27

Who: Annie's Hope, the Center for Grieving Kids
What: Volunteers are needed for our Camp Courage summer camp for kids who have lost a parent.  Support campers with day-to-day activities, etc. Training provided.  
When: June 3 thru June 9 (overnight camp)

Who: Brightside St. Louis and SLACO
What: Volunteers are needed for the Keeping It Clean On The Hodiamont Tracks event, cleaning up litter along the Hodiamont Walking Path from Midtown to the Central West End.
When: 9 a.m. - noon, Saturday, June 10
