Lawyering in the Age of AI: Opportunities, Risks and Ethics

Join us for a half-day CLE exploring the developing role of generative AI in the legal profession. Designed for SLU Law alumni and local practitioners, this program will offer practical insights about how generative AI is reshaping legal work and dive into the legal risks and considerations related to this rapidly evolving technology. Whether you’re just beginning to explore or already implementing its capabilities, come hear from judges, tech-savvy practitioners, and legal ethics experts as we engage in a timely conversation about AI and the future of legal practice. 3 MO CLE hours pending (including 1 hour Ethics).

Cincinnati Alumni Event at Bethany House Services

Cincinnati area alumni are invited to participate in a volunteer opportunity at Bethany House Services, a family-centered shelter providing resources to empower self-sufficiency. Assist in the kitchen or spend time in the dining room serving food, talking with families or helping with arts and crafts.

Literature and Medicine Book Meeting

Join Saint Louis University for a book club discussion of "This Is Going to Hurt: Secret Diaries of a Junior Doctor," written by British comedian Adam Kay. Based on diary entries Kay composed while training with the United Kingdom's National Health Service, the book was adapted into a medical-comedy-drama by the BBC and AMC in 2022.

Women’s Council Fall Meeting

Saint Louis University's Black Alumni Association invites you to an evening of community and culture at the Fabulous Fox Theatre, starting with a pre-show dinner at 5 p.m. in the St. Francis Xavier College Church Ballroom, followed by a 7:30 p.m. showing of "The Wiz."

Enjoy twinkling lights, cheerful music and festive activities for all ages before a heartwarming blessing and tree lighting ceremony. General attendance for this event is complimentary, but you must register by Thursday, Dec. 4.

"The Outsiders" at The Fabulous Fox

Join Saint Louis University alumni and friends for a night at the theater! The evening begins at 5 p.m. in the St. Francis Xavier College Church Ballroom. Enjoy a dinner buffet and a presentation about "The Outsiders" with details about SLU's new Center for Literary and Creative Arts, led by Ted Ibur, executive director of the St. Louis Literary Award. Then head to the Fabulous Fox Theatre for the 7:30 p.m. show.

33rd Ernest A. Calloway Black Alumni Association Prayer Breakfast
