2026 Schedule
Music in Medicine Reception and Concert
6-8 p.m. at the Learning Resource Center, Pitlyk Auditorium
Join us for the annual Gwendolyn Peiper Endowment for Music in Medicine Concert. This complimentary event will feature piano performances from undergraduates and medical students, as well as appetizers and refreshments at the pre-concert reception.
White Coat Society Reception (Private Event)
3:30-5 p.m. at the Jacobs and Webber Residence
White Coat Society members are invited to an exclusive reception featuring great company from fellow School of Medicine supporters.
Welcome Event (Check-in, Remarks, Class Photographs and Reception)
5-6:30 p.m. at The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza
Check in for the weekend and enjoy a light reception with special remarks and class photos.
2026 Med Reunion Class Dinners
7 p.m.
Class dinners will take place at restaurants located in or within walking distance of The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza. Enjoy a meal, a hosted open bar, and an evening of conversation, connection, and reminiscing about your time at Saint Louis University School of Medicine. The cost to attend is $100 per person. Specific dinner assignments will be shared as the weekend approaches.
Continental Breakfast and Faculty Panel
8:30-9 a.m. at the School of Medicine Education Union
Enjoy a continental breakfast while hearing from our faculty as they discuss current initiatives, medical advancements and the school's future.
Continuing Medical Education
9-11 a.m. at the School of Medicine Education Union
- Dr. Randall Edgell, vice chair, professor and division director of the Souers Stroke Institute and the Sydney W. Souers Endowed Chair in Neurology, will present on the latest advances in stroke care.
- Dr. Paul Kunnath, FACP, general internist, associate professor of medicine, associate program director of the internal medicine residency program, and affiliate faculty for the Center for Educator Development, Advancement, and Research (CEDAR) at Saint Louis University School of Medicine, will present on AI in medicine.
- Dr. F. Gerald Wade, assistant professor, section chief of ambulatory medicine, and co-director of the SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital Comprehensive Metabolic Center, will present on the science behind GLP-1 therapies and the rise in their use in weight loss and metabolic health.
Saint Louis University School of Medicine designates this live activity for a maximum of 1.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.™ Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Med Reunion Luncheon and Student Panel
12:30-2 p.m. at the Learning Resource Center, Lo Family Team Learning Center 360 Classroom
Enjoy lunch featuring remarks from Dr. Christine Jacobs, dean and vice president for medical affairs, as well as a student panel highlighting the current medical student experience and the future of medical education at SLU. Lunch is $30 per person.
School of Medicine Tour
2-4 p.m., departing from the Learning Resource Center
Explore the School of Medicine with a guided tour led by current medical students. Discover the spaces where students learn, train and prepare for their future careers in medicine while gaining insight into the current SLU medical education experience.
Mass
4:30 p.m. at the School of Medicine, Desloge Chapel
Close out Med Reunion weekend with Mass in Desloge Chapel, as we come together in reflection and celebration.
Transportation
Shuttles will be provided to and from The Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza St. Louis on Saturday.
