Saint Louis University Event Services is a full-service department responsible for the scheduling and coordination of all Saint Louis University campus events or groups co-sponsored by a campus organization.
Saint Louis University Event Services oversees the scheduling of over 40 event locations, from our Wool Ballroom to tabling down West Pine.
All of our locations are booked through 25Live, accessible through MySLU Tools.

Unfortunately, we are not able to host external events in our campus locations. All requests must be internal in nature or co-sponsored by a University organization or department. Alumni and University employees may not host personal or otherwise private events on our campus.
