Spiritual Life

Guided by our SLU Law Jesuit mission and identity, we celebrate interfaith traditions and seek to foster the spiritual growth of all within our community. Let us be true to our commitment to Cura Personalis, “care for the individual person.” Let us celebrate the faith practices of all within our SLU Law community.

Saint Louis University School of Law is guided by its Catholic and Jesuit missions and traditions. We as a community are dedicated to the greater good of all and educating the whole person, mind, body and spirit. We seek to “find God in all things.” We seek to make the world a better place by seeking justice and serving the most vulnerable among us.

With a spirit of Cura Personalis, or care for the whole person, the Department of Campus Ministry offers opportunities for cultivating an informed faith, a commitment to social justice, and an integrated way of life. Guided by the Catholic Church and the Society of Jesus, the Jesuits, we welcome and serve students of all religious backgrounds and traditions.

Inspired by God’s love, the living tradition of the Catholic Church, and Ignatian spirituality, the mission of the Department of Campus Ministry at Saint Louis University is to help others cultivate a relationship with God that leads to personal authenticity, just social relationships, the loving pursuit of truth, and reverence for all of creation.
