Saint Louis University's Department of Custodial Services is responsible for providing cleaning and housekeeping services in all University-owned buildings, except those areas occupied by Food Services.
Custodial services' staff is responsible for over 3.6 million cleanable square feet and is comprised of roughly 150 custodians, with a supervisor ratio of 1:16. The department has an average cleanliness rating of 4.2, out of a possible 5, from Sightlines. To request custodial services, an FM:Interact work order request must be submitted.

Custodial Services assists University Event Services with pre-event setup and post-event cleanup. If event cleaning is needed,submit a service request through the FM:Interact work order system.
