Our on-campus graduate housing options, Robert May Hall and Ignacio Hall, are designed exclusively for graduate students, offering the ideal environment for both academic focus and personal well-being. Additionally, both graduate and undergraduate students are eligible to live in Village Apartments.

How do I apply for graduate housing on campus?

Students must complete a housing contract on eRezLife. Deadlines vary by semester. It's best to check Key Housing Dates for sign up and move in dates. Assignments are given based on availability.

Are rooms furnished?

Yes, Ignacio Hall, Robert May Hall, and Village Apartments are fully furnished. Furnishings vary by building. 

What is the cost of graduate housing?

Costs vary by room type and academic year. Please check here for current room and board rates. 

Are utilities included in the housing cost?

Yes, utilities such as electricity, water, internet and cable are included in the housing rate.

Will I receive a meal plan?

Yes, graduate students residing on campus will recieve $300 flex each semester included in the room and board rate. You can upgrade your meal plan for an additional cost. 

Is parking available?

Yes, residents may purchase parking passes for designated lots. 

Is family housing available?

Saint Louis University does not have designated married/family housing.

Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not permitted, except for approved service and emotional support animals. Contact the Center for Accessibility & Disability Resources for more information.
